Church Sponsored Gifts.

1) Organize A Wash For Life. Your Church Youth Group can sponsor a FREE car wash for your whole community - and accept voluntary contributions from patrons who stop by for their FREE car wash. It's your chance to tell others about the work of Jesus Christ through your church and invite them to your Sunday worship services. With patron donations typically averaging $5 - $10 a car, 200 cars washed can raise $1000 or more. A single church youth group has been known to raise thousands on a single weekend as a Gift For Life through this event. It's fun and it works. You can even spread the fun when you team with other churches and cover your whole community.

2) Host A Silent Auction For Life. Christian stores and businesses (and individuals) in your community are ready to donate items they manufacture, sell, service or own. Invitations are then sent to church members and donors/ supporters of your local center to join you for an evening's coffeehouse entertainment in your church social room. Before and during the entertainment, patrons quietly look over the items donated which are displayed around the room, and they place their silent bids for any items they are interested in buying. The highlight of the event occurs when the bidding is closed and the winning bids are announced. Patrons leave with the items they've won - after writing their checks for the amount of their winning bids. It creates a memorable and delightful evening for everyone. Thousands have been raised by churches sponsoring a single Single Auction For Life.

3) "Pennies From Heaven" Baby-Bottle Drive. Your whole church simply collects their loose change for 40 days. It's amazing how fast it can add up - money that many households won't even miss. But together that loose change will be put to use for eternal purposes to save our unborn children in Jesus' name. Thousands have been raised in just a few weeks by a single church.
